Daphne

What’s your role? It used to be Head of Puplick Relations now I’m simply T.D. (Top Dog).

What makes your agency special / outstanding / different? My owners Paul and Rachel of course. And the doggy treats tin that never runs out.

How long have you worked in the estate agent industry? I’ve been sniffing around the area for 18 months so far. I think I have a nose for a good deal and knowing where the treat tin is.

How long have you lived in the local area? 18 months and I can honestly say I have checked out every park in town. How’s that for local knowledge?

Describe your approach to work in three words? Eat, bark, sleep, (repeat) – Usually in that order.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you? Barking mad but also loyal and lovable.

What’s the best part of your job? Unlimited naps. Wherever and whenever I like.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role? My recent challenge is how many tennis balls I can bring home from Ealing local parks. I’m becoming an expert.

If you could give one tip to homeowners preparing to sell their property what would it be? Definitely get those gardens ready for us pets. And even though you love us make sure our ‘aroma’ is not overpowering (think of that wet dog smell, mmmmmmm) to potential buyers.

What’s your favourite local place and why? So many parks, so little time – but Walpole Park, Lammas Park, Gunnersbury and Blondin Parks are all brilliant for walkies.

Complete the sentence: I love working at Leslie & Co. because: I get to hang out with my favourite humans all day and they love me as much as I love them.
