What the owners love:

250 has been a special place as our prior home. The house is warm and welcoming, like the neighbourhood and neighbours who have been in the area for many years. We have had many garden parties for birthdays and other celebrations in our tranquil garden, which, honestly, was one of the biggest draw cards for buying the house.

Our children went to local schools and played sports locally, which was the other driving factor for buying in the area. Gunnersbury Park across the road is a wonderful place for walking, biking, sports facilities, a museum, cafes, and is a real community hub with a busy and varied summer calendar - food festivals, music, and boating on the lake.

The local transport system is great with bus, tube and train services all available within walking distance. Our local high street and corner store is a 5-10-minute walk away. It's been a very happy place to raise our family, and we still keep in touch with many of our neighbours on the street.

Why we would rent this home:

Finding a property that checks every single box is rare, but this beautiful 4-bedroom house manages to do just that. Blending immaculate living spaces with an unbeatable location, it offers a seamless lifestyle for growing families and professionals alike. Maintained in excellent condition throughout, the property also provides the rare flexibility to be secured either fully furnished or unfurnished, allowing you to tailor the space entirely to your taste.

The true showstopper of this property is its expansive, gorgeous garden. Framed by a tranquil, tree-lined backdrop, the outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed as an extension of the home itself. You can spend your summers entertaining on the spacious decking, lounging in the high-end seating area, or playing on the lovely lawn.

Beyond the front door, you are surrounded by an abundance of local amenities, convenient transport options, and top-tier education, with highly desirable schools located nearby. For those who love the outdoors, the house is situated just moments from lovely local parks, offering the perfect balance of vibrant community life and peaceful green spaces.
