We listen. When you contact us about a property you are interested in, we will take the time to learn about you, your situation and your property needs. Because by listening to what kind of home you are looking for, we can ensure your time isn’t wasted by being shown homes that don’t match your wish list.
We communicate. From the first point of contact to accompanying you on viewings, we stay in touch. This includes letting you know when suitable new properties come to the market and swift feedback from sellers on offers you’ve made.
We follow up. When an offer is accepted, and a Reservation Agreement in place, we will ensure the progression of the sale is monitored and managed correctly. We liaise with all parties such as solicitors, mortgage providers and the sellers to get the deal done in a timeframe that works for all involved.
We are available. The sales process can be a challenging one and we realise you will have many questions along the way. That is why we always make ourselves available at a time that suits you (within reason). We’ll communicate in the way you prefer, be that WhatsApp, email, text or over the phone.
We care. Ultimately, by helping you buy a home, we earn our living. As a local family-run estate agency, your move always matters to us.
