Very positive experience. Far better than any of my previous experiences with landlords directly.Toni has always been very easy to communicate with . She has been proactive, quick to reply and always kept us informed on any given requirement/ issue or matter. She has also been patient when matters required our input/ response. She was especially helpful I recall when there was a blocked drain that impacted the whole ground floor but principally our flat. This required contacting/ coordinating multiple people including building management, the landlord, multiple plumbers as well as working around mine and my partner’s work schedule in which neither of us WFH. This issue was sorted in good time despite those difficulties. Overall only good things to report from our experience with Leslie & Co!

This family-run estate agent should be a top choice (if it is not already) for everyone who intends to buy or sell a property. The owner, Paul Leslie, is very personable, energetic, competent and highly professional. He is supported by experienced personnel who are helpful and knowledgeable. I was recommended to this estate agent by my son who sold his house through them a few years ago. They have recently sold my house and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property

We recently sold our house through Leslie & Co, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The market was challenging, but Leslie & Co were able to secure a good price for the property, higher than what other local agents had suggested they would aim for. They also found a buyer relatively quickly. What really stood out was their accessibility and communication, particularly Paul Leslie. As founder, Paul was always available, responsive and able to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. This made a real difference throughout what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. Having sold a number of properties previously, we know that estate agents will always be estate agents! However, we genuinely found Leslie & Co a pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We’ve had such a positive experience with the team managing the rental of our flat. We’ve dealt with Alistair before and he has always been fantastic, and everyone we’ve come across has been genuinely friendly, helpful and approachable.A special mention has to go to Toni, who has been absolutely brilliant. She is incredibly professional, responsive and always on top of everything. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has made the whole process feel easy and well looked after.Having dealt with other estate agents over the years, we know this level of service isn’t always a given, which makes us appreciate the team even more. Throughout the whole rental process from start to finish, the help and advice provided by the team has been excellent. Over the moon!! Leslie & Co were exceptional from start to finish. We first dealt with Alistair who organised a viewing for us, and helped navigate us through making an offer on a property. From there, we dealt with the lovely Emma, Paula and Paul to organise all of the legal and background checks. There was clearly a positive relationship with the sellers, and they were able to accommodate us in going to the property a couple of times before moving in to do measurements etc. We picked up keys yesterdays and are delighted to be moving in to our first home 🏠 🎉 it’s not often I write reviews but given how easy they made what was a new process for us was so pleasing. We chose Leslie & Co for the letting management of our West Ealing flat after reading many recommendations. We’ve been happy so far, they made sure only attractive profiles of tenants visited the flat, their communication is very good. Tony, their property manager, is very professional. We’ve seen raving feedback from prospective tenants about the level of professionalism of the team who organised visits. That’s also a good sign in itself. In the end the flat was let at the exact time we wanted it to start and we’re happy with the tenants. Overall everything went very smoothly and the team is always very nice to interact with.
