I recently sold my house in Ealing with Leslie & Co, having been introduced to Paul and his team through a family recommendation, and they absolutely did not disappoint. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional. We had consistent weekly updates, always felt fully in the loop, and never had to chase for information. The whole team is incredibly trustworthy and genuinely gets things done, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Leslie & Co feels like a true small business in the best possible way, every property is given 100% attention, care, and effort. It never felt like we were just another listing. We were really impressed with the whole team, they communicated well with us from the beginning. There was always someone available from the team to assist us with our questions/needs throughout the sales process. The team were also really flexible when it came to viewings etc. We really enjoyed the personal feel of the agency and were made to feel a part of their community rather than just a commercial relationship.

Leslie and Co were professional and approachable right from the start. Renting your property is always a stressful process and having a team which is on the ball and supporting you all the way takes this stress away. The property was marketed swiftly and the property let for the asking rental price after one morning of viewings. They then managed the onboarding process seamlessly ensuring both myself and the tenants were fully informed every step of the way. Finally the support services offered, such as cleaning and inventory checks are all offered below costs I have previously experienced. So very happy. Highly recommend, I would not use another estate agent.
