What the owners love:

This was the first home for both of us, and it’s been an absolute joy to live here over the last four years - we’ve got engaged and married here, so it’s been such a special chapter of our lives. I still remember first coming to view the flat, seeing the cute little garden and the sun beaming into the bedroom, and falling in love with it instantly because it just felt so homely.

We’ve loved the community feel here and having so much within a few minutes’ walk. The local pubs have been favourites of ours, as have the little bakery, coffee shop and fish and chip shop around the corner. It’s also been so handy having Tesco and Sainsbury’s just a few minutes away. We’re both into fitness, so we’ve loved having two Reformer Pilates studios and a gym nearby.

Being so close to the station has made commuting to work incredibly easy for both of us on the Elizabeth line, but it’s also been great for quickly popping into central London to meet friends at the weekend.

On a quiet Sunday, we love going for long walks along the canal, and during the summer months we’ve loved having BBQs together in the garden. Having our own private outdoor space has been something we’ve really appreciated.

It really has been the perfect home for us over the last four years, and a place that will be really hard to say goodbye to. However, as we move into our next chapter, we’re also excited for the next owners to make their own memories here and get as much enjoyment from this flat as we’ve had.

Why we would buy this home:

Set within an imposing, double-fronted period building, this stunning ground floor garden flat has been crafted to an uncompromising specification throughout. Seamlessly blending architectural presence with contemporary design. Every detail has been thoughtfully executed to deliver refined, low-maintenance luxury.

Stepping outside reveals the property's crowning jewel: a gorgeous, fully enclosed walled private garden. Offering an enviable level of privacy and seclusion, this peaceful outdoor space acts as a seamless extension of the interior - perfect for morning coffee, evening alfresco dining, or simply unwinding in your own secluded green haven.

Situated in the highly desirable heart of Olde Hanwell, the location perfectly balances village charm with swift city access. The property is positioned moments from the high-speed Elizabeth Line, making commutes into Central London and beyond effortless. Just a short stroll away, scenic riverside paths offer tranquil weekend walks, while a vibrant array of local amenities - including independent coffee shops, renowned local pubs, popular restaurants, and convenient supermarkets - are all right on your doorstep.
