Light & Bright Flat With A Perfect Private Garden To Enjoy A Coffee In The Sun.. You can feel the love and care that’s been poured into this beautifully modernised lower ground floor flat.

The lounge has beautifully new front windows and there’s plenty of space for both a sofa and dining table. So no more eating off a tray on your lap.
The kitchen is sleek & modern and whilst it isn’t huge, there’s room for all your appliances and plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is gorgeous, with a shower over the bath and a countertop basin that adds a touch of class.
This flat has one double bedroom and a further office/study which will be ideal if you work from home.
The office/study has access to the private rear garden - a lovely, low maintenance space that’s perfect for sitting out and enjoying the sun.
This flat is so handy for South Ealing tube you can jump out of bed at 7.45am, grab a quick shower and still catch the 8.02 to Cockfosters.
With the Elizabeth Line now running from Ealing Broadway, you may prefer to walk up and catch the super-quick service which will whisk you into central London in under 15 minutes. And as an added bonus you’d get in a couple of thousand steps on the way!

If you do have a bit more time in the morning, the private garden will be a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee. Being north facing it would also be a great place to enjoy a glass of something chilled at the end of the day.
The location isn’t just handy for the station, it’s less than 5 minutes walk from Lammas Park, with Walpole Park and Gunnersbury Park just a short distance away.
It’s close to all the big name shops on the Broadway and with Northfield Avenue only 10 minutes walk away it’s a foodie’s dream!
By taking a few steps down to your own front door, this immaculate flat could be your perfect first step on the housing ladder.

What the owner loves: "I've enjoyed living in the property for circa 7 years and have spent a lot of time, love and care to modernise it. The location of the flat is great for public transport; it's round the corner from South Ealing underground station, Ealing Broadway station (which now has Crossrail!) is a short walk away, and the 65 bus route stops at the end of road and takes you to places such as Richmond, Kew and Kingston. The flat has a low maintenance, good sized garden but if you want more green space then Lammas, Walpole and Gunnersbury parks are very close by. There is a very strong sense of community on the road and this was amplified even further during the pandemic. We take the opportunity to come together and socialise and have street parties, barbecues and there's always someone happy to lend you a screwdriver! The two other flats in the building are owned by one family who have lived in the property for 20 years. They keep the flat above vacant which means it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The flat is leasehold and there is no service charge or ground rent. I've really loved having my own front door and hall. Having the separate office has been so useful, as working from home has become the norm. Having installed a new boiler and new windows the energy costs on the property are very efficient."

We’re expecting a lot of interest, so call 020 3488 6445 to arrange a viewing.
