What the owners love...

We absolutely adore this property and it’s served us perfectly for the 5 years we’ve lived here. One of the benefits we’ve appreciated most is the natural light. The sun rises in the master bedroom and sets out the back, filling the kitchen, dining, and living space with golden light throughout the whole evening. The high ceilings and large windows also make the apartment feel bright throughout the whole day. The open-plan layout works really well for everyday life and when we have friends or family over, especially when opening the balcony doors so guests can spill out onto the terrace. The sunsets here were the best surprise when we moved in - you get full 180 views in the evening and it’s truly so special.

We’ve loved how easy and connected life here feels. One of us works near Bond Street and commuting into central London is so quick; just over a 10 minute walk to West Ealing Station and the Elizabeth Line gets you there in under 20 minutes. There are also regular buses which go from opposite Cleveland Road down to Ealing Broadway, and there are always Lime bikes on the road outside. Also, the neighbours in the building are genuinely so friendly, which has made the property a very easy place to live.

Whilst being so accessible to central London, the community feel of the location has also been such a highlight. With Cleveland and Pitshanger Parks opposite Cleveland Road, there’s plenty of green space on the doorstep for walks and running, tennis courts, or a coffee at the park’s café. Pitshanger High Street has a real village feel too, with its bakery, butcher, post office, pubs and a great new family-run Thai restaurant. Cleveland Road is also a lovely peaceful road, and guests always comment on how quiet it is when they come to visit or stay.

Why we would buy it...

This is not just an apartment; it's an opportunity to acquire something genuinely rare - a home of architectural individuality and luxurious specification in a city awash with the forgettable.

It’s not just the herringbone oak floors, the Bosch-integrated kitchen, or even the brass tap that feels like it should come with its own Instagram account, it’s the sense that someone (Ademchic, in fact) has thought about every detail so you don’t have to - from dimmable lighting to custom-crafted curtains that make life subtly more cinematic.

The bathroom, with its Statuario Bianco tiling, matt black brassware and bespoke storage, feels more spa sanctuary than mere functional space, and the bedrooms are wonderfully generous, with one crowned by a vaulted ceiling that carries the quiet drama of a boutique hotel suite.

And then there’s the terrace. Not the apologetic sort of “outdoor space” Londoners are usually fobbed off with, but a proper expanse where the sun actually lingers, giving you treetop horizons punctuated only by the odd picturesque chimney pot. Combine that with being a stroll away from Pitshanger Lane - a high street so award-winningly “villagey” that it still has a proper butcher, fishmonger, and pubs and cafés where people know your name - and you’ve found somewhere that feels improbably both urbane and neighbourly.

Add in the Lizzy Line’s reality-bending commutes and the rational case suddenly becomes as overwhelming as the emotional one. Long lease, high EPC rating, sensible service charge, and the pack of buyer-friendly paperwork? All very good. But let’s be honest: you’ll buy it for the feeling you get when you walk in.
