"We’ve loved so many things about the house; the neighbours are friendly without being intrusive. The garden is a good size, and has the sun almost all the day in summer. The sitting-room/kitchen is big and a wonderful social space for when we’ve had visitors. The shutters on the windows keep the house cool in summer and the house retains heat in winter. The extension we added has been a nice, quiet space to work, and has plenty of light. We also love how quiet it is here despite being so well connected, one thing that struck us when we first moved in, was that it was the sound of birds singing that would wake us up in spring, it’s a lovely spot.
