What the owner loves ❤️

"I have enjoyed living in Kingsley Avenue which is a quiet street of Edwardian Houses with an extremely friendly multi-ethnic community of old and young. My house has been my home for over 20 years, and I have found it a convenient place to be with easy access to public transport, now enhanced by the opening of the Elizabeth Line through central London to the East and a short ride the other way to Heathrow and the west, and also the road network with the M4 to the south and the M40 (A40) to the north. My house retains many original features, but with some modern enhancements. The area is convenient for a number of local state and private schools, local services, and many green spaces."

That the agents says 🏡

The Perfect Period Property To Welcome Friends And Family. This much improved Edwardian semi has been thoughtfully extended to provide a superb social space that makes the most of the west facing back garden.

Whether you’re firing up the BBQ for friends and family or hosting a coffee morning to meet your new neighbours, the back of this substantial semi will be the perfect setting.

The gorgeous pitched roof extension is flooded with light and looks great thanks to the exposed wooden trusses. It’s now the hub of the home - being accessed from the kitchen, the dining room and the sun-trap back garden.

The extension is clean and modern with a touch of Scandi style. But the contemporary design still works well with the traditional kitchen and the numerous period features which adorn this Edwardian semi.

The kitchen has traditional Shaker-style units in duck egg blue which works well with the brilliant white Belfast sink.

There are plenty more charming period features throughout this well maintained property. The beautifully restored fireplaces in the lounge, dining room and back bedroom are particularly striking.

If the rear extension is the social heart of this home, it means the bay-fronted lounge at the front can be a more relaxing place to retreat at the end of a busy day.
Upstairs has three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a modern family bathroom.

This spacious and versatile home is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. It’s great for families and there’s a real feeling of community amongst the diverse mix of residents.

It’s in a convenient location, being less than 15 minutes walk from a popular selection of independent local shops and cafes on The Avenue. If you’re more into your big name retailers and brands, Ealing Broadway is a half hour walk or a short bus ride away.

There’s so much on your doorstep but you’re still only a 14 minute walk from West Ealing station. Here you can hop onto a new Elizabeth Line train which will get you to Paddington in less than 20 minutes.

If you love outdoor space, you’re perfectly positioned with Cleveland Park - leading to the larger Pitshanger Park - only a couple of streets away.

This versatile home could be perfect if you have children. With that in mind the fantastic local schools will be another great reason to move here. Drayton Green Primary School (rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted) is just 7 minutes walk away, so no need to stress over school run traffic or parking. For older kids, the ‘Outstanding’ Drayton Manor High School is less than 15 minutes walk away - or just 5 minutes if you need to run them up in the car.

This is a very well looked after home with a lovely, welcoming feel. The carefully planned layout means it could be perfect for couples, families or even older buyers who still need plenty of space. There's also solar pannels which generate an income of about £600 a year, plus the use of free electricity if the good old British sun shines!

We’re expecting this property to get a lot of interest - make sure you don’t miss out by calling 0203 488 6445 to book a viewing.
